Netflix and Chill Week: Ciabatta Shrimp Pizza

It’s Netflix and Chill Week! Today we are talking about our favorite snuggle up and watch a movie foods. Today’s recipe is Ciabatta Shrimp Pizza! Why order out pizza, when you can make it yourself? This is a simple and delicious recipe that anyone can follow and can be on the coffee table within 30 minutes! 

Shrimp PizzaWhat You Will Need:

(This makes a half of Ciabatta Bread Pizza. Double the recipe If needed.)

10 Shrimps Peeled, Halved, and Deveined 

1/2 cup Sliced Roasted Red Pepper 

1/2 cup Raw Spinach 

1/4 cup of Raw Onion

1/2 Cup of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 

1/2 cup of Prepared or Homemade Marinara 

1 Loaf of Halved Ciabatta Bread

1/2 Stick of Melted Butter 

1 Tbsp of Minced Garlic 

1 Tbsp of Chopped Parsley 

1 Tsp of Oregano 

Prep:

Pre-heat 425F Oven. 

Slice the bread in half. Then sit aside. In a small bowl combine butter, parsley, garlic, oregano, and melted butter.  Spread the butter mixture evenly over the bread and place on foil or air-rated sheet pan into the oven. Let the bread bake for about 5-8 minutes. 

Cook:

Remove the bread from the oven and start to build your pizza. Add the marinara, onions, peppers, spinach, halved raw shrimp, and cheese. Once you have builded your pizza to your likely place it back into the oven for another 10-12 minutes or until the shrimp are pink. 

Serve:

This is excellent with some marinara on the side and more leafy greens on top.
