J.Delawcious dry rubbed wings are so yummy! These smokey, crispy, and flavorful wings are the perfect mate to any fun filled evening. It is yet another easy and delawcious recipe!
What you will need:
2 pounds of Chicken Wings
1/2 of Juiced Lime
1/8 Tsp of Garlic Powder
1/8 Tsp of Salt
1/8 Tsp of Pepper
2 Cups Flour
1 Cup Corn Starch
3 Cups of Oil (Canola, Vegetable, or any high Temp Oil)
1 Tbsp of Paprika
2 Tbsp of J. Delawcious Poultry, Seafood, and Pork
Prep:
In a small bowl add chicken wings and lime juice. Then in another bowl combine flour, garlic, pepper, salt, and corn starch. Mix well and sit aside. Dredge chicken wings in flour and shake the excess off. Then sit on a platter until you’ve floured all chicken wings.
Cook:
Heat oil to 350 F in a skillet or in a deep fryer. Once the oil is hot, then place about 5-6 wings in the oil and cook for 8-10 minutes. Repeat until chicken wings are done. In a large bowl add the chicken, paprika, and j. delawcious seasoning. Flip until all the wings are covered in dry rub.
Lighter Option;
Bake these wings at 425F for 20 minutes. Turning every ten minutes to ensure crispness. In a large bowl add the chicken, paprika, and j.delawcious seasoning. Flip until all the wings are covered in dry rub.
Serve:
Serve the wings with celery, slices of lime, and blue cheese/ranch.
