Cilantro Garlic Chicken Wings
What you will need:
16 Wings
1tbsp of Fresh Minced Garlic
2tbsp of fresh chopped Cilantro
1tbsp fresh chopped Parsley
1tsp Salt or to taste
1tsp Crush Red Pepper
1tsp Black Pepper
1tsp Onion Powder
1tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 cup water
Piece of foil
Prep/Cook
In a large bowl add garlic, cilantro, parsley, salt, pepper, crush red pepper, black pepper, onion powder, and olive oil.
Mix until incorporated. Then add the chicken wings. Massage until chicken is fully coated.
In a large cast iron skillet add 1tbsp of olive oil. Set to medium high heat. Once hot add chicken and all its mixture.
Stir until the garlic is fragrant. Once fragrant turn the fire down to medium and pour in the water. Pour the water on the side on the chicken wings and it will steam.
Place the foil on top and steam occasionally stirring for 10 minutes. Turn on the broiler. Place the skillet in the oven and check every three minutes to ensure even browning.
Once golden brown remove the skillet and serve. Garnish with more cilantro and enjoy.
